Ingredient:
300 g superior cornmeal HOUR
200 g white flour HORA 650
500 ml milk
200 g salted cheese (telemea or curd)
200 g sour cream
3 eggs
50 g butter
1 pinch of salt
Preparation:
Boil the milk and add the cornflour, stirring until a soft porridge forms.
Leave to cool slightly, then add the butter, beaten eggs, flour and crumbled cheese.
Pour the mixture into a greased and smoothed tray.
Brush the top with sour cream and bake at 180°C, 35-40 minutes, until golden brown.
Tip: Serve warm, cut into squares, with sour cream or yogurt.
